Watch Ordering Guide

Use this guide when browsing PureTime Watches and preparing an order on puretimewatch.cc.

1. Compare the exact watch version

Start with the brand or model you want, then read the full product title and specifications. Compare the listed case size, dial, movement and bracelet rather than relying on a model name alone. Save the product code when asking about a particular version.

2. Review photos and availability

Open the product photos for a closer look. A catalog listing or a source availability label is not a guarantee of current stock. Confirm availability and any specifications that are unclear before making a payment.

3. Check your cart

Add the selected version to your cart, check the quantity and review the listed price. Only products with an available price can be added. Check the checkout total and clarify shipping charges, destination coverage and any import costs before paying.

4. Submit your order details

Enter your contact and delivery details carefully, then submit checkout. Keep your order confirmation link for reference. Checkout submission creates an order for manual payment confirmation; it does not automatically collect payment.

5. Confirm payment, delivery and after-sales terms

Before paying, confirm the payment instructions, expected dispatch timing, delivery method and applicable return or after-sales terms through the store contact details. Do not assume that placing an order confirms shipment.

Can I check an order later?

Keep the order confirmation link shown after checkout. If you placed an order while signed in, you can also find it in your account. Keep private order links to yourself.
